    I enjoyed being in this place. The breakfast was tasty with a beautiful view and fresh croissants, for instance and had something for everyone. It was in the central location near the pier.

    the venue was well-run, i greatly enjoyed the location near to taxi, restaurants and beach in evening, and swimming pool views. the room was well decorated and modern with smoke detectors for my safety. the hotel's location was nice in a really nice garden area. i ate in the beachfront restaurant nearby.

    The Chill Resort And Spa, Koh Chang boasts a marvellous location with stunning sunset views. the rooms are exceptionally comfortable and well-equipped, featuring amenities like a hair dryer, a bidet, and cozy bath robes.     It was excellent, just like last time. Great hotel, great spa, great food, everything is great !!. The Splash Pool Rooms are simply great.

    The beach is not really great, because there are a lot of big stones at low tide. Swimming in the sea is not that easy. But the pool area is all the more fantastic.

    Very quiet resort, no huge pile of beds. Very good breakfast, very extensive, no buffet with warmed up food. The service and the staff were super friendly. The whole complex very well maintained. All very clean... Outside the hotel, restaurants and shops were only a few steps away.

    The Chill Resort And Spa, Koh Chang is a clean and well-maintained property with exceptionally attentive staff who go above and beyond. The views of the sunset are absolutely magnificent, creating a perfect backdrop for relaxation. Guests can enjoy spacious, brand-new rooms equipped with an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge, and a personal safe for added convenience.

    Breakfast all day is a great option. Small touches like things like a bug spray are provided. The service was very good and attentive. My wife even got a birthday serenade and cake with candles.

    Service was inattentive in the afternoon but no other complaints. The beach could be cleaner.

    We were guests at the Chill seven years ago. It's just a wonderful place. The staff is super nice, the breakfast is great. We always like to come back to the Chill!

    The site could be renovated a little bit, traces of the last years are showing.

    The Chill is the most modern looking hotel on the island. We love this style!! The infinity pool is great! We highly recommend the slightly more expensive, pool access rooms (we got a great deal in low season through Booked.net)! The rooms are clean and complete, even the aircon is less noisy and smells nice.. The American breakfast is great, no buffet. A nice shop/restaurant/bar street next to the hotel, down the street.

    The beach has some rocks though is accessable. The food/drinks in the hotel restaurant are extremely pricy + 17% tax (rediculous!!) but the minibar in the rooms are normal priced. However it's still worth while, if you just eat in the other nice restaurants just 1 min. Down the street. Unfortunately not so many beach front restaurants in this strip, though enough up north (white sand beach).

    The hotel is located right on kai bae beach, which is the less crowded beach of koh chang in comparison to the white sand beach. We were served complimentary fruits when we were relaxing on the private beach area and also there was a complimentary fruit basket placed in our room. The pool is great, the design of the hotel is modern and stylish and you have your own calm beachfront...

    You shouldnt have high expectations to the materials used in the room. The floor looks used, the shower looks a bit old. But overall ok.

    During my stay at Chill Resort And Spa, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and luxury of the room. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the beautiful island of Koh Chang. The private patio, complete with a double bed sized lounger, was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the stunning views from the suites. the room was well-equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, providing utmost convenience and comfort.

    While my overall experience at Chill Resort And Spa was wonderful, there was one minor issue that I encountered. The CD playing throughout the day in the common areas was a bit repetitive and could become tiresome after a while.

    Good location, nice beach near the hotel. Friendly staff, wifi everywhere in the area of the Chill resort. Luxury holidays I spent there.

    Poor choice of breakfast I would prefere more choice of food in this kind of hotel for the value of money.
